The Abbotsford Colby Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to participate in our annual Abby Fall Festival formal known as Lama and Craft A-Faire. The craft sale and home business portion of the event is scheduled for Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 12:00 Noon to 7 PM. The vendor/craft sale will be held both inside and outside at the Abbotsford City Hall. Hours for the sale are 12:00 Noon to 7 PM. Set up times are 9 AM to 11:30 AM on Saturday. Unload and enter by either the main front door in front of the Library or on the North entrance door on the north side of the building. Please be unloaded by 11:30 AM on Saturday morning, as the only door open during the sale will be the main entrance on the east side of the City Hall. Vendors must supply all their own tables, chairs and display items. All of your items and yourself must fit into your booth area. Please remove any trash and pick up the tape in and around your booth area. No flea market or garage sale items are allowed. No early takedowns.
If you are willing to demo your craft – examples: spinning, weaving, basket making, etc. you will receive a refund $10. (First come – first served) Check with Shannon Clark first to avoid duplications. Demos must take place in your booth area.
Booth sizes are the same as last year. Please note the options available on the registration form.
Sign up at www.abbycolbylama.com or by mailing back the enclosed form. Booth registrations will be accepted until September 5 or until all booths are filled (whichever comes first). Booths will be reserved when your fee is paid. We will email your confirmation or you may send a self-addressed stamped envelope to receive a written confirmation. Booth assignments will be given out when you set up. Checks that bounce will be charged a $25 fee. All fees must be paid before setup. No refunds under any circumstances. Enclosed is an Event Operator and Seller Information sheet, please fill out PART C and turn it in when you check in. We will be giving away door prizes throughout the day. If you would like to contribute an item for the drawing, please take it to the information table before 12:00PM. Attach a note with your name and the value of the item. Thank you for your contribution.
Vendors who would like to stay overnight are eligible for a reduced rate at our local hotels.
