Vendor Information Letter
The Abby Festival Committee invites you to participate in our Seventh Annual Abby Festival held on Friday, June 3rd starting at 5:00 pm and going until Sunday, June 5th at 5:00 pm.
We are anticipating a large turnout. Register early. The event is being advertised on Central Wisconsin radio, local and state-wide publications, Facebook, along with flyers/ handouts and press releases.
We expect our events to draw a lot of attention. There will also be a queen & princess coronation, Craft Show, Basketball, Soccer, and live bands will perform each night with a DJ on Sunday afternoon, Carnival rides, a parade and much more.
The craft sale will be held outside on the south side of First Street. The Food Vendors will be on First Street (Downtown Abby), all food vendors will be outside. All other vendors will be on the south side of First Street closest to Spruce Street.
The hours for the vendor sales are Friday, June 3, 2022 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm; Saturday, June 4, 2022 11:00 am to 9:00 pm; Sunday, June 5, 2022 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You may set up as early as Thursday, June 2nd starting at 5:00 pm. No early take downs, but you can sell until 12:30 am if you choose on both Friday and Saturday.
You are responsible for all license needed to sell your products in Abbotsford, WI.
Vendors who would like to stay overnight are eligible for a reduced rate at our local hotels (20% Coupon will be sent upon request).
Checks that bounce will be charged a $25.00 fee. All fees must be paid before setup.
We will email your confirmation, assigned place and parking directions or you may send a self-addressed stamped envelope to receive a written confirmation.
Reservations will be accepted and spots assigned as payment is received
